Salad

12 cups of mixed greens

8 oz soft goat cheese log (Chevre)

1 cup of dried cranberries

1 cup of candied walnuts (see recipe below)

 

  • Wash salad greens and dry thoroughly with a salad spinner or paper towels

 

Candied Walnuts

1 cup sugar

4 Tbsps water

1 ½ cups walnuts

Pinch of cream of tartar


Maple Vinaigrette

½ cup balsamic vinegar

¼ cup maple syrup

2 tsps Dijon mustard

1 cup olive oil

½ tsp Salt

¼ tsp pepper
