1 cup of dried cranberries
1 cup of candied walnuts (see recipe below)

4 Tbsps water
1 ½ cups walnuts
Pinch of cream of tartar
Maple Vinaigrette
½ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tsps Dijon mustard
1 cup olive oil
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp pepper
